Post Graduation Family Fun

Beej & Chris

After graduation we went to pick up a storage unit that we had purchased online like on the tv show "storage wars". BJ and I have started a little contest where we both started with $200 and the game was to see who could make the most money from it. We have both made well over $400 each just from buying storage units and selling them online. My dad started doing this and gave us the great idea. It has been a fun experience with all the people we have met through selling things- but anyway- back to the post graduation family fun.

After picking up the storage units and letting the kids have a small nap- Grandma and Grandpa Scott invited us to the Marriott they were staying at in Salt Lake to come swim in the pool.
The kids had a blast!

We didn't have a swim diaper so Connor's diaper had to survive the water lol

After a night of swimming, dad set up the tent for a little camp-out in the backyard.

He has been trying to get the kids more comfortable with sleeping in the tent so we can go camping as a family a little easier.

The kids did great. Mom slept in her comfortable warm bed but checked on the kids and dad later for a bit, but everyone was comfy and ready for sleep so she went back to her bed inside :)

CHEESE!

Coolest dad ever!

BSN Graduation

Beej & Chris

After 3 semesters of the Bachelor Nursing Program (ONLINE) I was able to graduate! Beware of picture overload on this post:

Daddy took the kids and sat with them during the ceremony along with Uncle Nate, Grandpa Scott, Grandma Scott, and Uncle Johnathon.

The ceremony was in the morning, but I had all but my sister and sister- in law with their kids come and support. My brother Johnathon dressed up in a suit and tie and came to support me despite his very very busy schedule. I was soo touched.
I am sure my sister would have come too even she didn't live in Wyoming. Here is my amazing brothers
My little bro Nate will be graduating high school this year and my big bro Johnathon is graduating from the Fire Academy in a few weeks.
My dad is the one that really encouraged me to walk for graduation. He told me how much my kids would appreciate seeing me and then looking at pictures later. He has always encouraged me to do everything to the best of my ability and has been there cheering along the way through everything.

My Uncle Josh graduated with his Bachelors degree this semester as well!
My two aunts Amy and Becky came to support my uncle (their brother) as well as my graduation.

Love these kids! After school was over and I got on my laptop- Kaylee said, "Mom- I thought you were done with homework!" ha ha she will be in for a surprise to find out the computer is not just for homework.

My mom is beyond amazing and is there whenever I need to talk or need help. She has helped me through so many things in my life and didn't hesitate when I told her that I was going to go back to school with my two young kids at home. She just knew I could do it and always gave me the confidence to do so.

After Graduation we went to Olive Garden where my parents gave me some flowers and a brand new stethoscope! I was not expecting that at all and was so thankful.

I also got a card from Sherry, Bruce, Elisa, and Spencer with some money in it & a card from my aunt Jamie with a gift card in it. Thank you so much for thinking of me. It meant so much :)
