New Years Eve

New Year's Eve was started out by playing together at home

We then went over to Pumpkin and Grandma Scott's house with Spencer to play games there

The kids were having a great time with their cousins

We ended with a good game of Darts before we headed over to Mike and Jamie Scott's house to spend some time with friends

The kids were sad to go, but were excited to spend some time with Emmie and Will

The kids were having a blast. Mike and Jamie had just moved into their house and were still working on things in their house- one of them being their chandelier in their dinning room. We really weren't doing anything else, so I got started on helping put the chandelier put together. Before we knew it, everyone was working on it and we were able to finish the chandelier before we left!

When the clock struck 12- we grabbed some pots and pans and went outside to bang them while screaming HAPPY NEW YEAR! The kids were really excited, but got super disappointed that we didn't go out and honk our horns. We didn't realize the importance of honking horns! We will make sure not to miss out on this next year ;)

The only real New Years Resolution that I personally made was to go to the temple 12 times this year. We will have to convince BJ to write out his resolutions on his own blog post :) hint hint BJ Tenney

While we helped Mike and Jamie move, our kids went to play at Challae's house to play with Brinlee and Everette. I came up to check on Connor and tell him it was time to go home and found him in Brinlee's room dressed up in her clothes. He really enjoys dressing up in his sisters dress up's as well. Silly kid

Christmas 2015

Connor is soooo excited for Santa to come. He talks about it everyday. I keep getting after him because he keeps sneaking cookies to set out at the bottom of the slide for Santa. I told him the ants will eat it and to wait for Christmas Eve. The next day he put the cookies in a pencil box to protect them from ants 😂. This morning he wrote these notes for Santa so he knew he left him cookies

Ashlynn kept us company Christmas morning since the other two kids were sound asleep

Kaylee woke up shortly after so we let Ashlynn wake her brother up

After they finished we reminded them they hadn't checked to see if Santa ate the cookies they left him at the bottom of the slide. They were sooo excited when they found this new battery powered car in the basement!
