New Years Eve

Beej & Chris

For New Years Eve we went to Pumpkin and Grandma Scott's house. I wasn't sure if I wanted to go because I was feeling pretty uncomfortable at this point in the pregnancy. But we decided to give it a go since we knew our kids would have a great time.

We played games, the cousins played, and then we all played Wii Rockband.

The kids both stayed up till midnight without a problem. Kaylee and Connor thought it was so fun to go outside and bang pans and honk Grandma's car horn
Though it was FREEZING outside- the kids still ran out real quick.

Getting a little loopy because I was tired...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Jazz Game

Beej & Chris

Our neighbors and friends Jamie and Mike Scott invited us to go to a Jazz game with them on Saturday. My amazing aunt Amy watched our kids while we went to the game.
Mike had row 10 seats on the same bench as Jerry Sloan

Jamie and I enjoyed visiting and cheering together

I was feeling pretty huge in my jersey and kind of embarrassed that I wore a jersey that didn't fit. So when we got on the JUMBOTRON THREE times; needless to say I was pretty embarrassed. BJ was excited. He is always trying to get on the jumbotron- but all three times he wasn't even trying. I just kept covering my face and looking away. I already felt huge so seeing me even bigger was not what I wanted everyone to see lol.
JAZZ WON! It was a really fun and exciting game.

I was too embarrassed to take a picture of Jerry Sloan, but here is a picture Mike Scott posted on Instagram...proof he was just a few seats from us ;)

These next two pictures are just random...here my drinking my favorite drink at Swig 'Raspberry Dream'. My amazing friend Ashley gave me a gift card to Swig. Perfect Christmas present! Ashley knows me well :D
BJ taking the kids into the crawl space. He had to go down to unfreeze our pipes due to this cold weather all the sudden.

Scott Christmas Party

Beej & Chris

A few days after Christmas we headed back up to Idaho for the Scott Family Christmas Party. It was fun to see aunts/uncles and cousins. It was just a low key party. We ate some soup and then played some charades in the front room. Great Grandma Scott played a few games with us as well. I love that she loves to play games.

Connor relaxin' holding my hand as we drove to Idaho
LOVE this Grandma! Her and my Grandpa are some of the sweetest people I know. I wish we lived closer to them, because we would be at their house visiting all the time.

Sledding with Dad

Beej & Chris

We had only received a tiny bit of snow once before Christmas this year, so when we woke up to snow Christmas morning it was pretty exciting. BJ being the amazing dad he is took the kids sledding while I stayed home and rested (I wasn't gonna attempt to sled being 9 months pregnant lol)
The kids LOVED it. We got some pretty cute videos of them sledding that I will have to share

Warming up his hands. I LOVE this cuddle bug. Connor loves to cuddle and hold my hand still, it makes me so happy.
Santa brought BJ and I a new board game. We have been having fun playing it together at night.
BJ then had to go back to work the Friday after Christmas, so the kids and I stayed home and had fun outside (okay, the kids had fun outside). I was so sad I couldn't go out there with them and help them build a snowman. I just didn't have any snow clothes that would fit; heck, my coat wont even zip up lol.

I just LOVE Connor's face in this picture. He thought it was sooo cool that he was going to play in the snow.
Kaylee sure loved eating the snow ha ha. She said "Its my favorite"

They made me nervous getting on the trampoline so I quickly told them to hop off, but I snapped a picture first ;)
Naptime. Love it when this happens :D

Christmas morning 2014

Beej & Chris

For Christmas morning we had Grandma Tenney on skype to see the kids reactions to all the presents as well as open the presents from her. Immediately the kids noticed that Santa had moved their nativity so he could make room for their presents. They really thought that was pretty cool.
Kaylee got a doll and matching outfits for both her doll and her from Santa
Connor got an orange castle with a few toys that went with the castle from Santa Clause. He said when he opened it "I wanted this!"

The kids got two toys each from Grandma
Kaylee got a science kit and a small karaoke toy and Connor got a building set as well as a dinosaur

Connor got some new cowboy boots and a bike from mom and dad
Kaylee got some little dolls to play with as well as a bike from mom and dad

They also got a few games from Great Grandma Scott (one of which is one of their favorite things- they call it "Pigs eat"). Dad got a battery recharger kit that can add air to car tires in emergency as well as jump the car if needed...from mom. Mom got a really really soft new towel from Dad.
After spending some time playing with toys, we gathered up and went to visit Grandma Scott and Pumpkin
We then were able to Skype with UNCLE NATE!

The kids each brought a few toys to show off

It was so nice to visit with Nate. He has been out for just under a year!
After skyping we decided to go visit Great Grandma and Grandpa Scott in Idaho.
It was so nice to visit with them as always!
This is all the presents before it got torn into Christmas morning

I was worried Kaylee wasn't going to love her doll from Santa since she kept asking for an Orbeeze foot spa and that is not what Santa gave her. But she really took to her doll and now carries it around with her everywhere. She loves that she can dress up just like her.

It was a very Merry Christmas.
