So...I am a little late writing about Connor's 18 month milestone so hopefully I can remember everything he he.
I will have to pull out his exact stats later- since he is asleep in the room where we keep them :)
Ht: 30%
Wt: 50%
Head: 90%
Connor is quite the little stud. He still takes two naps but is transitioning to one. He loves to play with his sister and misses her when she is not there. He went straight into nursery without looking back at mom or dad just like his sister. He LOVES music. Whenever he is sad or can't fall asleep- if you sing to him or put on music he will calm down. He has been like this from day 1.
Connor will try pretty much anything, but his favorites are probably yogurt, bread, soup (top ramen), juice, and "treats". He is a little stinker when it comes to drinking water. He drinks milk but really really loves his juice.
He loves watching "shows" especially Elmo and Wiggles. He is our little climber and will push the chairs to wherever his little heart desires. He is frequently found sitting on the kitchen table.
Connor just starting talking quite a bit. He says things like:
- "Pease" (please) or if he is lazy he will sign it
- thanks
- Momma, dadda, Kayee (Kaylee), and baby
- Juice
- Down
- Show
- Treat
and more but I cant think of all of them now. He will sometimes try to repeat what you say. He loves reading books still and has found new love of cars (especially pushing them on the kitchen floor).
He loves playing with Kaylee, but he is also found playing on his own in the playroom occasionally. He has been able to go up and down the stairs for awhile now and does it multiple times a day by himself. Since Kaylee goes potty he started saying "Potty Potty" and will run to the toilet. We put him on the toilet before every bath and as soon as his bottom touches the toilet he says with the biggest grin "All done!" It's pretty darn cute.
He loves piggy back rides and will sometimes throw a fit when we don't offer one to go down the stairs. Oh and he is pretty good at throwing a fit when he wants to. Kicking his arms and legs and all.
Connor gives the most amazing cuddles and loves to be rocked before he goes to bed. He will let you hold him forever. It. is. the. Best! We sure love you Connor!
