New Years Eve

Beej & Chris

New Years Eve we spent at Grandma and Grandpa Scott's house. Uncle Nate had to work until midnight so it just wasn't the same without him. We are sure going to miss him these next few years!
 Playing 'Wacky Six'
Uncle Johnathon and Grandpa Scott playing Risk on the Ipad

BJ- The KING of Wacky Six!! He is so freaking fast and good at this game!

Kaylee stayed up the whole night without a problem

 New Years Selfie

All the kids (that were awake) followed the tradition and hit pans with spoons outside

 HAPPY NEW YEAR
The only traditions I made for the 2014 year was to: Improve on my scripture reading and knowledge and to have more Confidence

New Years Day was spent sitting around watching movies ha ha The kids and the parents were both exhausted to say the least

Uncle Ryan and Aunt Tiffany had been trying to get pregnant for a long time, and after a lot of testing they ended up having to go through IVF in order to get pregnant. IVF costs a lot of money and is really hard on your body but it is a miracle for many people. We were over joyed when we heard that the IVF Ryan and Tiffany did = a pregnancy!!! They held a small party to announce that Tiffany was pregnant with a GIRL! We can't wait!!
For Christmas the family got a 'Just Dance' Wii game. We have taken many video's of the amazing dancing talent we have in this house :) This game has been soo much fun!
One of the CNA's took my phone and snapped a picture of me at work. lol
Our neighbor Miranda just had a baby and then found out she was passing kidney stones! We quickly picked up her son Takota to come play with us. We had such a great day and even snuck out to Costco for some "Cafe's" as Kaylee calls them.

Christmas Day Cont...

Beej & Chris

After playing at the Grandparents for awhile, Connor's fever broke and he was as happy as could be. So we decided to take the kids to go see the movie 'Frozen'. The kids LOVED the movie and enjoyed taking pictures inside the theater afterwards.

After the movie we went home for naps. After the kids had a good nap we got the dress ups out and all the new toys. The kids were acting like the felt great, but with Connor throwing up that morning we were too afraid to go see Papa Bruce and Grandma Sherry- but we really missed going to see them!

The kids had fun dressing up, and were as cute as ever. Luckiest parents right here :)

Christmas 2014

Beej & Chris

 MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Grandma Tenney joined us on Skype right when the kids woke up! I worked the night before, but was so excited that I kept waking up really early Christmas morning waiting for everyone else to get up. The kids NEVER sleep in, and of course they slept in on Christmas morning!
Connor immediately dumped his stocking to see all of his treats, books, and toys

Kaylee got a princess Cinderella dress up dress and immediately put it on

Kaylee and Connor mesmerized by Kaylee's 'Baby Alive' doll
Connor got what he asked Santa for- "BUZZ" (aka Woody)

 Both kids got Lego's

Kaylee with all of her spoils

Connor with his spoils...isn't that car table A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!?! Yes- he LOVES it
After the kids opened their presents, Connor quickly threw up. We then felt him and realized he had a fever and found that he had thrown up in the night and never woke us up. Poor guy :( He hid his sickness really well.

Since we knew the stomach bug had hit everyone at Grandma and Grandpa Scott's so we were able to go visit them for a bit. Kierston and Johnathon and their kids came as well. They weren't going to stay and were planning on going up to Idaho when one of their kids came down with a fever of 103- so we all had a sick party and hung out at the Grandparents house while they went to Great Grandma and Grandpa Scott's house in Idaho.

Angela was there for the morning and had a patient she takes care of at work with her, but she left shortly after to go see her kids dad and his parents. We missed her the rest of the afternoon, but was happy we got to spend the morning with her.
