Day 2 we watched my dad play his games. He did amazing and won them all!
The kids did pretty good while we watched the tournaments. Sure, we used the Ipad and Iphone to entertain....
But the kids also found other ways to entertain themselves....
To protect the floor they covered the hallway with plastic wrap. The kids loved popping all the air bubbles and would lay on the floor trying to get them all. Most passerby people laughed about it so that was good. ha ha
We also made good use of the pool on this day. Kierston, Johnathon and their kids weren't going to be there much longer so we tried to make good use of our time with them with playing games and having fun with them.
Our kids took naps as well as mamma. It was actually pretty nice. Everyday of the vacation I layed down with Connor to put him down for a nap and everyday I took a long nap with him. I had found out I was pregnant just before Bear Lake so I was still in the first trimester at this point and it was making my body totally exhausted. I ended up telling my family at this point about my pregnancy not only because I was so tired, but because I was started to show the water weight on occasion with different outfits. Plus- I couldn't keep the secret being with them all the time.
Curtis and Rachel live in St. George and stopped by to say hi. Kaylee still talks about Lilly and asks to play with her all the time.
That night we took Kaylee with us to see Mary Poppins at the Tuacahn theater. It was pretty late and I think she was exhausted for the last half of it, but she stayed up and did pretty good. The show was pretty cool and worth the time and money to see it, they even ended the show with fireworks.
