This year we have really got hit with some big heavy snow storms.

We (the kids and I) have definitely enjoyed the fireplace

and homemade rolls and cinnamon rolls

Ashlynn thought the snow was fun, but she had a hard time walking around in her snow suit and didn't like getting her hands wet.

We had too many face plants

We shoveled a ton!

Since we had so much snow, we thought it would be fun to make a slide from our front door down our rocks out of snow.

Kaylee's favorite thing about the snow is EATING it!

After we had finished playing outside we were in eating dinner and I heard all these kids outside playing on our slide. We had accidentally left out our sled which unfortunately got broken with these kids- but it was fun that we had something even the older neighborhood kids wanted to try.

These gingerbread houses actually turned out! We didn't have to wait too long for them to dry which was nice. Notice Ashlynn leaning into the slide. She loves the slide!
