Halloween Costumes/MindShare Party

Beej & Chris

Okay so I decided I better stick with tradition and continue to make the kids Halloween costumes and to try to go with a family theme while the kids are still young and don't care what they dress up as (although a week before Halloween Kaylee kept asking if she could be a witch- so next year may not be as simple).
Bam Bam

This was before I had finished sewing his costume. But it is pretty close to finished and these pictures were pretty good of Connor and the bat so I wanted to share them.

These next pictures are from BJ's work- where the kids went trick or treating
Here is our cute Pebbles.

The kids loved going around and getting candy. Connor would grab hand fulls until we would have to pull him away. He figured since they kept the bowl out next to him- that he must need to keep grabbing candy.
Fred and Wilma

I love this man! He is such a good sport and let's me make whatever costume I want for him and he wears it without complaint.

They had this blue wall where you could add different background on the computer (BJ has access to these pictures so we will just stick with the blue wall photos for now).

Exercise time!

Beej & Chris

Exercise time is the best...especially when daddy helps.
The cans are the weights of course...
Oh and during Exercise time it is a MUST that Kaylee wears her witch hat while she runs around the house- so don't forget.

Stretching has never been soo much fun...

and if you can't quite reach your potential, Trainer Kaylee will be there to help push you along....

And loveable Connor will be there to give you loves before, during, and after exercise time...

Yep- exercise time is pretty special and something Kaylee and Connor (esp. Kaylee) live for every morning. :D

2011 Honda Pilot

Beej & Chris

Once our 2003 Stratus decided to die the day after we got brand new tires on it (gotta love that) we decided to look at our options of cars and ended up with this fancy 2011 Honda Pilot. We decided to pay off our RAV and get a bigger car since we were going to do it eventually we figured why not now since we need to get a new car anyway.

So after searching and test driving a few different cars and going back and forth and the GMC Acadia and the Honda Pilot- we went with our gut feeling and got the Pilot. Since we have bought the car I have told BJ several times how much I love it and am glad we chose this car.
The features in the car that I love are; the sun roof, heated leather seats, the second row can hold 3 car seats, the towing options, and the fact that it can hold 8 passengers.

Kaylee and Connor love sitting so close to one another and hold hands off and on all the time. Kaylee doesn't love that Connor can get whatever she puts into her cup holder next to him but she fixes that by putting all of her snacks and drinks on the other side. :)

We feel so blessed to have this car and are very grateful!

The day we went to IHOP as a Fam

Beej & Chris

I decided since if we go out to eat it is usually in the evening that we would switch it up and go out for breakfast. For those that know me...I.LOVE.BREAKFAST and usually eat a big one everyday.
We went and picked daddy up for a surprise breakfast at IHop.
The kids were getting anxious for the food and my fruit snack supply was gone so daddy being so smart gave them both a straw to play with, and it of course worked and helped keep them happy till the food arrived.

Connor is just like me and enjoys his breakfast-especially pancakes!
Isn't that the cutest face you ever did see!?!
Yum Yum, I got french toast and it was delish!
We left stuffed and on the way to the car let Kaylee splash in the puddles in the parking lot. Yep- life is good.
