Some of you may know, but for those that don’t, in development we use a point system to track our projects. Each task is given points and then each developer is given so many points to complete in an iteration (3 week time period).

Today BJ was the first to be awarded the Kick Butt Award for completing the most points in the last 3 weeks. This award and a gift card will be awarded on a monthly basis to the top performing developer.

Congrats BJ!

BJ is such a hard worker. He wakes up early to get some thing done, goes to work, and then comes home and goes straight back to work. I don't know how he juggles it all, but he is doing amazing at his job as well as one outstanding husband and father. How did I get so lucky to have married this man?!
