On one of our last days at the apartment before we moved into our new house we took advantage of their pool and went swimming but the pool was closed for cleaning :( 

So, we hoped in the car and went to a splash pad in Kaysville. 

 

 Connor insisted on wearing my tennis shoes outside. ha ha This is the kind of pose he gives all the time. He is so outgoing and silly. I LOVE it!

I had to feed Ashlynn so I sent the kids out to play while I watched them from the car. I look up and Connor had pulled down his pants and was peeing on the grass and Kaylee had jumped up onto the drinking fountain to get herself a drink ha ha. I raised some independent kids. I quickly jumped out of the car because obviously that was not going to work lol.

We found ourselves getting out of the apartment a lot. While it was a nice place to stay short term- it had its cons as well. With one of them being the horrible fire alarm problems they had for a few weeks. They had something malfunction so the fire alarms would keep going off and they couldn't get it turned of for awhile. It was really traumatic for the kids. Kaylee would worry that their was a true fire and we were going to get hurt if we didn't get out- but it went off several times a day and we didn't want to walk outside every time it went off. Connor just really struggled with how loud it was! He has always struggled with loud noises. 

The day before we were going to be moving out of the apartment we found this sign on the elevator doors. Luckily this was the sign from last week and while the elevators weren't working it wasn't going to be out for the whole weekend. So, we thankfully had access to them while we moved. What a blessing.

Since we were planning on buying a new table to match the decor of the house we gave our table to my sister Angela.

All the storage bins were delivered to our house and ready to be unpacked the following day.

Our amazing neighbors were so kind and kept a few of our things so we didn't have to put it in storage. Ashley McGavin kept our swing and Miranda kept the kids play house.

Since we packed up almost all of our stuff we ate on paper plates and on the floor. Gotta love hamburger helper for dinner ;)

With all the house stuff and getting ready to move, we tried to spend some individual time with the kids. I took Connor on a date to go golfing and this was Kaylee's turn to go get a drink with me at City Creek.

We went to Fizz and met up with Jamie Scott and her kids.

Ashlynn was such a good sport. She is such a sweet baby. Love those rolls!
